L&#39;auteur de la lettre explique \u00e0 ce r\u00e9sident de Belgique qu&#39;on lui a vers\u00e9 200.000 euros pour l&#39;\u00e9liminer. Mais s&#39;il verse 50.000 euros sur son compte, Suleiman est pr\u00eat \u00e0 renoncer \u00e0 la t\u00e2che qu&#39;on lui a confi\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br class=\"spacer_\" Autre appellation, \u00abscam 419\u00bb, provient du num\u00e9ro de l&#39;article du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nigeria-law.org\/Criminal%20Code%20Act-Part%20VI%20%20to%20the%20end.htm\">code p\u00e9nal nig\u00e9rian <\/a>interdisant ce type d&#39;activit\u00e9. Tout le monde le sait aujourd&#39;hui\u00a0: il ne faut pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces lettres. C&#39;est pourquoi les escrocs ont entrepris de nouveaux moyens pour pi\u00e9ger leurs victimes.<br \/>\n <\/span> <span lang=\"fr\"><br \/>\n <\/span> <span lang=\"fr\"><strong>C\u0153urs bris\u00e9s et portefeuilles vid\u00e9s<\/strong> <br \/>\n <\/span> <span lang=\"fr\"><br \/>\n Dominique, 45 ans, institutrice, dit avoir \u00abpr\u00eat\u00e9\u00bb 16.000 euros \u00e0 son \u00abbien-aim\u00e9\u00bb, qu&#39;elle a rencontr\u00e9 il y a une semaine sur Facebook. Et le \u00abbien-aim\u00e9\u00bb a disparu. Tout comme l&#39;argent de Dominique. La police n&#39;a pas pu retrouver cet homme, car il se cachait derri\u00e8re un profil Facebook pirat\u00e9 \u00e0 un Italien. En fait, sans le savoir, Dominique a \u00e9t\u00e9 victime de ce qu&#39;on appelle \u00ab\u00a0romance scam\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr\"><br \/>\n \u00ab\u00a0Ces personnes avec des profils pirat\u00e9s font connaissance avec les victimes sur Facebook ou sur des sites de rencontres. Ensuite ils ont une discussion tr\u00e8s romantique sur Skype. Et puis \u00ab\u00a0l&#39;amoureux\u00a0\u00bb part pour l&#39;Afrique o\u00f9 il lui arrive un drame et il a besoin de l&#39;argent de la victime\u00a0\u00bb, explique Camillia Pariso, charg\u00e9e des questions juridiques \u00e0 l&#39;association <a href=\"http:\/\/www.avenfrance.org\/index.htm \">AVEN <\/a>(Association des victimes d&#39;escroquerie \u00e0 la nig\u00e9riane). \u00ab\u00a0Cette \u00ab\u00a0histoire romantique\u00a0\u00bb ne dure pas plus d&#39;une semaine. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, pendant cette p\u00e9riode les escrocs re\u00e7oivent (ou ne re\u00e7oivent pas) 1500&mdash;2000 euros, et disparaissent\u00a0\u00bb. <br \/>\n <\/span> <span lang=\"fr\"><br \/>\n Il est fort probable que le \u00ab\u00a0bien-aim\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de Dominique n&#39;ait jamais mis le pied sur le territoire fran\u00e7ais. Pendant tout ce temps, il se trouvait dans un internet-caf\u00e9 quelque part au B\u00e9nin, au Mali, en C\u00f4te d&#39;Ivoire, ou au Nigeria, et entrait en contact avec elle \u00e0 distance. Selon les estimations de l&#39;association AVEN, chaque ann\u00e9e environ 134 millions d&#39;euros partent de cette mani\u00e8re de France en Afrique occidentale.<br \/>\n <\/span> <span lang=\"fr\"><br \/>\n Et les spammeurs ont une imagination in\u00e9puisable. Avec les hommes, ils ont tendance \u00e0 faire du chantage imm\u00e9diatement. \u00ab\u00a0Elle m&#39;a dit de me d\u00e9shabiller, et je l&#39;ai fait\u00a0\u00bb, raconte Thomas qui a fait la connaissance de la charmante Sophia sur un site de rencontres. \u00ab\u00a0Et puis j&#39;ai entendu \u00e0 la vid\u00e9o la voix d&#39;un homme avec un accent qui m&#39;a dit que je dois lui payer 150 euros, sinon la vid\u00e9o de ce qui vient de se produire sera mise sur YouTube\u00a0\u00bb. Et la vid\u00e9o a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise sur YouTube, parce que Thomas a refus\u00e9 d&#39;effectuer le virement par Western Union \u00e0 Abidjan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr\"> <br class=\"spacer_\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr\">Pr\u00e8s de 40% de victimes des \u00abscam 419\u00bb osent franchir le pas et demander de l&#39;aide \u00e0 AVEN.
