Le site Internet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atlantico.fr\/decryptage\/enregistrements-sarkozy-buisson-1er-extrait-gueant-musca-mercier-et-interventions-juges-1000821.html\">Atlantico<\/a> et le journal le Canard Encha\u00een\u00e9\u00a0 ont publi\u00e9 quatre enregistrements audio dans lesquels on pouvait entendre des conversations priv\u00e9es entre Nicolas<\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\">Sarkozy et ses conseillers de l\u2019Etat-major. Dans certains de ces enregistrements notamment, on peut entendre l\u2019ancien chef de l\u2019Etat tenir des propos tr\u00e8s peu flatteurs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de certains membres de son gouvernement de l\u2019\u00e9poque, ainsi que ses coll\u00e8gues parler les uns sur les autres. Parmi ces enregistrements se trouvent \u00e9galement des discussions concernant des remaniements du gouvernement. Le lecteur (ou plut\u00f4t l\u2019auditeur) peut aussi comprendre, avec l\u2019aide de ces enregistrements, que la pr\u00e9sence de son \u00e9pouse Carla Bruni-Sarkozy lors des d\u00e9cisions importantes ne convenait pas vraiment aux coll\u00e8gues de Sarkozy, et ses propos sur l\u2019immobilier ou sur le business les irritaient puisqu\u2019ils n\u2019\u00e9taient pas \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour.<\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\"><b>Ces \u00ab\u00a0enregistrements au travail\u00a0\u00bb, probablement fait en cachette<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\">Patrick Buisson enregistrait les conversations alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait le conseiller du pr\u00e9sident de la France. Buisson lui-m\u00eame, affirme qu\u2019il a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ces enregistrements dans un but professionnel\u00a0: il voulait \u00eatre certain de l\u2019exactitude des citations et des opinions pour pouvoir r\u00e9diger des communiqu\u00e9s. Qui plus est, selon lui, une partie de ces documents s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9e entre les mains de personnes avec lesquelles il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas en bons termes.<\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\">Selon l\u2019information de Geoffroy Lejeune, vice-r\u00e9dacteur en chef de la publication Valeurs Actuelles, dans laquelle Patrick Buisson tient une rubrique, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une vengeance de la part du r\u00e9dacteur en chef d\u2019Atlantico.fr, Jean-S\u00e9bastien Fr\u00e9jou, qui \u00e9tait ami avec Patrick Buisson dans le pass\u00e9 et avec lequel il s\u2019est disput\u00e9. D\u2019autres personnes de l\u2019entourage de l\u2019ancien chef de l\u2019Etat ont affirm\u00e9 que Buisson avait la \u00ab\u00a0manie\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019enregistrer toutes les rencontres auxquelles il participait, son dictaphone cach\u00e9 dans la poche.<\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\"><b>Deux poursuites en justice minimum<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\">La semaine derni\u00e8re, Nicolas Sarkozy et Carla Bruni ont attaqu\u00e9 Patrick Buisson en justice pour \u00ab\u00a0atteinte \u00e0 l\u2019intimit\u00e9 de la vie priv\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, et r\u00e9clament \u00e0 l\u2019ancien conseiller une compensation financi\u00e8re pour dommages moraux s\u2019\u00e9levant \u00e0 30000 euros. La d\u00e9cision du tribunal sera rendue ce vendredi.<\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\">Le 10 mars, encore une personne de l\u2019entourage de Sarkozy, Jean-Michel Goudard (son ex-conseiller en communication) a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la justice d\u2019ordonner le retrait des enregistrements publi\u00e9s (on entend sa voix dans ces enregistrements) et d\u2019interdire les m\u00e9dias de publier d\u2019autres enregistrements que certains journalistes ont en leur possession. Le tribunal de Paris a d\u00e9cid\u00e9, mercredi dernier, de contraindre Atlantico.fr \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ozap.com\/actu\/enregistrements-buisson-atlantico-fr-fait-appel-de-la-decision-du-tgi-de-paris\/452152\">effacer la voix<\/a> de Goudard des enregistrements publi\u00e9s, mais le site a fait appel , en argumentant que la d\u00e9cision de remplacer Claude Gu\u00e9ant par Xavier Musca au poste de secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique fran\u00e7aise \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9sente un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le public et contribue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence au d\u00e9bat d\u00e9mocratique puisqu\u2019elle concerne le fonctionnement du pouvoir ex\u00e9cutif\u00a0\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\"><b>Les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones de Sarkozy sur \u00e9coute<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\">En parall\u00e8le avec l\u2019affaire des enregistrements audio, au journal <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/societe\/article\/2014\/03\/07\/nicolas-sarkozy-sur-ecoutes-la-justice-soupconne-un-trafic-d-influence_4379307_3224.html\">Le Monde<\/a>, on a r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 savoir\u00a0 que les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones de Nicolas Sarkozy et de ses deux anciens ministres de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur sont \u00e9galement sur \u00e9coute depuis septembre dernier dans le cadre de l\u2019affaire du <a href=\"http:\/\/rusoch.fr\/lang\/ru\/soc\/zhazhda-vlasti-lomka-sarkozi.html\">financement de la campagne<\/a> \u00e9lectorale de 2007. Mais Sarkozy le savait d\u00e9j\u00e0 et le journal L\u2019Opinion \u00e9crit\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, il avait pris l\u2019habitude avec certains proches de glisser un message aux \u2018grandes oreilles\u2019 qui l\u2019espionnaient\u00a0: \u2018Quand on sera revenu au pouvoir\u2026\u2019\u00a0\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\">Ce scandale en soul\u00e8ve un autre, au sens o\u00f9 l\u2019on apprend par les journalistes que Christiane Taubira \u00e9tait au courant que les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais \u00e9taient sur \u00e9coute, bien qu\u2019elle ait assur\u00e9 le contraire lors de sa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/politique\/article\/2014\/03\/12\/ce-qui-est-ecrit-dans-les-documents-brandis-par-christiane-taubira_4381759_823448.html\">conf\u00e9rence de presse <\/a>du 12 mars <\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\"><strong>P.S.<\/strong>Le vendredi 14 mars, le tribunal de Paris a exig\u00e9 d\u2019Atlantico qu\u2019il retire de son site les fichiers audio contenant les conversations de Nicolas Sarkozy et de Carla Bruni, enregistr\u00e9es par Patrick Buisson.Ce dernier est \u00e9galement condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 verser au couple Sarkozy-Bruni une compensation pour pr\u00e9judice moral, s\u2019\u00e9levant \u00e0 10000 euros.<\/div>\n<div class=\"hidden_text\">Selon l\u2019information de Basile Adler, avocat d\u2019Atlantico, le site pr\u00e9voit de faire appel \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision du tribunal.
